More accurate scores

I notice that students will receive 100% even when they have made multiple mistakes. I think the scores should reflect those mistakes more accurately. Even though they are forced to fix their sentences before moving on to the next problem, receiving a 100% at the end almost defeats the purpose of having to fix their mistakes. When looking at data, all they see are the percentages, which should demonstrate growth rather than perfect scores. Hope that makes sense.
